Clinical Director/Therapist at SASNWNM

Sexual Assault Services of Northwest New Mexico in Farmington, NM is hiring for a full-time Clinical Director/Therapist position. This position provides supervision and oversight of Sexual Assault Services of Northwest New Mexico’s therapy department. In addition, the Clinical Director is responsible for providing therapy services to agency clientele, working to ensure cohesive unified programming consistent with current best practices for trauma informed care, SASNWNM’s philosophy and mission statements, in alignment with federal and state laws as well as grantors’ regulations and agreements.
MINIMUM CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE:
Must be an independently licensed social worker or counselor in the State of New Mexico:

• LCSW preferred, LPCC or LMFT possible
• Four years of experience in delivery of therapy services

Must have valid driver’s license and driving record must comply with insurance requirements. Acceptance of application is contingent upon satisfactory results of background, fingerprint, and motor vehicle record checks.
Must provide a copy of professional license, proof of liability insurance, and must be able to demonstrate relevant experience and training.
Salary Range, based on experience: $53,000 - $60,000
